Advance reservation is mandatory for the redemption of a Nisaba e-Gift Card and is subject to table availability. Guests are requested to mention the e-Gift Card at the time of making the reservation. Reservations may be made at reservations@nisabarestaurant.com or +91 98109 06091.
The e-Gift Card details must be shared with the restaurant team prior to settlement of the bill. Redemption will be subject to verification of the e-Gift Card and its validity.
Each e-Gift Card is valid for a period of three months from the date of issue and must be redeemed within this period. The validity period cannot be extended.
Once purchased, an e-Gift Card cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Each e-Gift Card is valid for one-time redemption only and must be utilised in full during a single visit. Any unutilised value will lapse and cannot be carried forward, refunded, credited or adjusted against a future visit.
Multiple e-Gift Cards may be redeemed against a single bill. Where more than one e-Gift Card is used, each e-Gift Card will be treated as fully redeemed, irrespective of the final bill amount. Any unutilised value will lapse and cannot be carried forward, refunded, credited or adjusted against a future visit.
Should the final bill exceed the value of the e-Gift Card(s) being redeemed, the balance amount must be settled directly at the restaurant through an accepted mode of payment.
The e-Gift Card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, encashed or redeemed for cash, either wholly or partially.
e-Gift Cards may be used in conjunction with applicable offers or promotions, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective offer or promotion.
The e-Gift Card is valid exclusively at Nisaba, Humayun World Heritage Site Museum, Nizamuddin, National Zoological Park, Sundar Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110013.
Children of all ages are welcome for lunch. For dinner, Nisaba welcomes guests 10 years of age and above.
All reservations and visits made using an e-Gift Card are subject to Nisaba’s prevailing reservation and restaurant policies at the time of the visit. For complete details, please refer to the Nisaba Reservation Policy.
The recipient is responsible for keeping the e-Gift Card details secure. Nisaba will not be responsible for e-Gift Cards that are lost, deleted, shared without authorisation, misused or otherwise unavailable at the time of redemption. Such e-Gift Cards cannot be replaced or reissued.
Once an e-Gift Card has been redeemed, whether by the intended recipient or by any person having access to its details, it will be treated as utilised and no replacement, refund or credit will be provided.
e-Gift Cards may not be resold or used for any commercial, advertising or promotional purpose without prior written authorisation from Nisaba.
Applicable taxes and other charges, as applicable at the time of dining, will be reflected in the final bill in accordance with prevailing regulations and restaurant policy. The e-Gift Card value will be adjusted against the total amount payable on the final bill.
The e-Gift Card is subject to verification at the time of redemption. Nisaba reserves the right to decline redemption of any e-Gift Card that appears to have been duplicated, altered, tampered with, obtained fraudulently or otherwise used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing an e-Gift Card, the purchaser consents to information provided in connection with the transaction being processed by Manish Mehrotra Culinary Arts Private Limited and PayU, to the extent required for the purchase, payment and fulfilment of the e-Gift Card and in accordance with applicable laws.
Nisaba reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably required, subject to applicable law. The Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of redemption will govern the use of the e-Gift Card, provided that any such amendment does not adversely affect rights already accrued to the purchaser under applicable law.
The purchase and/or redemption of a Nisaba e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
