Reservations Policy
Nisaba operates primarily on a reservation-only basis. Walk-in guests are accommodated subject to availability.

Lunch:
12:00 pm to 3:30 pm
(Last order to be placed by 2:45 pm)
Dinner:
First seating: 6:45 pm to 9:15 pm
Second seating: 9:30 pm to midnight
(Last order to be placed by 10:45 pm)

Please note that a reservation request is considered confirmed only once our reservation executive has responded with a confirmation via email, text message, or WhatsApp.
Our reservations team may contact you to reconfirm details. This is done solely to ensure seamless service and appropriate table spacing for your preferred date and time.
Reservation Confirmation (Advance Payment Policy)
- To confirm your reservation, an advance payment of INR 1,000 per guest is required, which is adjustable towards your final bill.
- This amount is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the confirmed time.
- It is also non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
- A secure payment link will be shared with you to complete the advance payment.
- In case of a reduction in the number of guests from the original reservation, the advance amount for the absent guests will be forfeited. However, we will be happy to adjust the amount equivalent to one absent guest in your final billing.
Reservation Timing Guidelines
Given our limited seating capacity, we request all guests to arrive on time.
In the absence of prior intimation, tables will be held for 30 minutes beyond the reservation time. After this period, we may not be able to assure the table.
If you anticipate a delay, we kindly request you to inform us so that we may make our best effort to accommodate you.
Children at Nisaba
To ensure a calm and comfortable dining experience for all our guests, we follow a set of thoughtfully considered dining guidelines:
- Children are welcome at Nisaba during lunch hours.
- Strollers can be accommodated in the lounge area only during lunch hours, as the dining area has limited space.
- During dinner hours, we welcome children aged 10 years and above.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Due to limited seating, we request guests to keep us informed of any changes to their reservation.
In case of cancellation, please contact us at +91 98109 06091, or write to us at reservations@nisabarestaurant.com, allowing us to offer the table to guests on the waiting list.
Guest Guidelines
- Guests with specific food allergies are kindly requested to inform us prior to their reservation, enabling our chefs to make necessary adjustments. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
- Outside food or beverages are not permitted in the restaurant.
- Liquor will not be served to any person who is apparently below 25 years of age.
